Why WOWMAX

A pillow should arrive the way a pillow is meant to feel: freshly filled.

Most triangular headboard pillows sold online are made overseas. A King-size pillow is as long as a King-size mattress — to ship it affordably, manufacturers fold it in half, sometimes in thirds, then vacuum-compress it into a small cube. It then spends 45 to 60 days crossing the ocean in a container, and sits in a warehouse — sometimes another month — before anyone orders it. By the time one reaches your bedroom, its filling has spent three months folded and crushed. It never fully recovers.

We do it differently.

Every WOWMAX triangular pillow is finished to order in our East Hanover, New Jersey facility. When your order comes in, we fill the pillow fresh — a King takes over nine pounds of premium fiber — sew the buttons on, fold it, compress it, and ship it out. Ours is compressed for shipping too — but for a maximum of eight days, not three months. Eight days of compression, the filling springs right back. Three months, and it never really does.

The difference, side by side

Real cotton. We can prove it.

Our covers are 100% cotton or a cotton-linen blend. Natural fibers cost far more to source than synthetics — which is why you rarely see them on low-priced imported pillows.

We don't just claim it. We burn-test our fabric: real cotton burns cleanly to a soft ash, while synthetic blends melt into hard black beads.

One honest note: our cover fabric itself does not carry OEKO-TEX certification — the certification below applies to our filling fiber. We'd rather show you a burn test than hide behind a badge we don't have.

The safest fiber we could buy.

Our filling is certified to OEKO-TEX Standard 100, Product Class I — the strictest class, rated safe for babies and toddlers. It was the finest, and most expensive, fiber available to us in the United States, and we chose it deliberately: this is a pillow your family leans against every single day.

Ten years on Amazon.

We've been selling this exact pillow on Amazon for ten years. Our flagship listing holds 4.7 stars across 2,000+ reviews — and across all of our Amazon listings, customers have left more than 10,000 reviews, every listing rated 4.5 stars or higher. This store carries the same pillow, made the same way — usually at a slightly lower price than Amazon.

Why does it cost more?

Honestly? Because of everything above. Natural cotton covers cost more than polyester. Baby-safe certified fiber costs more than generic fill. Finishing every pillow to order in New Jersey costs more than vacuum-compressing thousands of them into a container.

The low-priced alternatives aren't the same product made cheaper. They're a different product: synthetic covers, uncertified fill, folded and crushed for months at sea.

We'd rather explain our price than apologize for it.
