SHIPPING INFO
Delivery times are contingent upon your location, item availability, and order placement time.

PROCESSING TIME
Processing takes about 1 business day. Delays may occur due to address issues or unforeseen circumstances.    
Please note that the processing time may be longer if there are issues such as incorrect shipping information, undeliverable address, or unexpected circumstances. If such situations arise, we will contact you within 24 hours.

EXPRESS DELIVERY VIA Fedex/USPS

We ship WOWMAX products domestically via USPS and FedEx, with orders dispatched within 4 business days.  Delays might occur due to customs or weather conditions.

*Please Note:* APO/FPO/DPO addresses are ineligible for delivery.  Although UPS/FedEx may sporadically deliver to PO Box addresses, we are not liable for any losses incurred due to such addresses.  Hence, if feasible, kindly provide a physical address.

Free shipping is available on all orders within the United States.

* Shipping is unavailable to remote U.S. regions (e.g., Hawaii, Puerto Rico).

We are continually striving to expand our shipping options for enhanced customer satisfaction.

MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES

Should your shipment status indicate "Delivered" without a package receipt, please contact FedEx/USPS for a case ID to initiate a package inquiry.  Once secured, kindly share the case ID with our customer service at fzhbpp@gmail.com for further assistance.

*Important:* To qualify for full compensation for a lost package, prompt notification to our customer service within one month of the claimed fulfillment date is crucial, as we retain shipping records for up to a month.


TAXES AND CUSTOMS
Any additional charges (e.g., import taxes, duties, foreign transaction fees, customs fees) linked to your package are not encompassed in the checkout payment.  As the importer of record, you are accountable for adhering to your residential area's regulations and covering any applicable fees.  Please acknowledge that we lack authority over these charges.


DELIVERY FAILURE DUE TO ABSENCE / UNCLEAR ADDRESS

Delivery attempts may falter due to incomplete addresses or recipient absence.  We will contact you via email to resolve the issue.  If unresolved, the package will be discarded or returned, with a refund issued minus return fees.

Additional Notes:

1.  Local logistics operate Monday to Friday.  Ensure your address is accessible on workdays and maintain availability for shipper communication.
2.  Certain services necessitate a delivery signature.  If signed for, we are not liable for loss or theft;  thus, ensure availability at the delivery location.
3.  Shipping addresses cannot be altered unless requested via customer service.  The label will reflect the provided address.
