Shipping Policy

SHIPPING INFO
At our store, we prioritize the prompt delivery of your items.  The delivery times may vary depending on your selected delivery address, item availability, and the time of day you place your order.

PROCESSING TIME
The processing time refers to the duration required to process and dispatch your shipment after we receive your order. Typically, it takes around 1 business day.

Please note that the processing time may be longer if there are issues such as incorrect shipping information, undeliverable address, or unexpected circumstances. If such situations arise, we will contact you within 24 hours.

EXPRESS DELIVERY VIA UPS/USPS/DHL
All WOWMAX products are shipped via UPS/USPS/DHL, and currently, we only ship within the United States.
Your order will be shipped from the US within four working days.

Please understand that unforeseen circumstances (such as customs clearance or weather issues) may cause delays in shipping. However, in most cases, your packages will arrive within the aforementioned timeframe.

NOTE: FedEx/APO/FPO/DPO addresses are not eligible for delivery. While UPS/USPS/DHL may occasionally deliver to PO Box addresses, any loss incurred due to a PO Box address is not our responsibility. Therefore, if possible, please provide a physical address.

Free shipping is available on all orders within the United States.

MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES
If your shipment status shows "Delivered," but you have not received your package, please contact UPS/USPS/DHL and request a case ID for the package investigation.

After obtaining the case ID, please share it with our customer service at fzhbpp@gmail.com, and our representative will assist you further.

***To receive full compensation for a lost package, it is crucial to notify our customer service within one month from the claimed fulfillment date, as we retain shipping records for up to a month.


TAXES AND CUSTOMS
Any additional fees (such as import tax, duties, foreign transaction fees, customs) associated with your package are not covered in the payment made at checkout. As the importer of record, you are responsible for complying with the regulations of your residence area and assuming any applicable charges. Please note that we have no control over these fees.

Note:

If customs duties are imposed in the recipient's country/region, the customer is responsible for paying the taxes.
The buyer is responsible for any costs incurred due to delivery delays or address modifications.
If the buyer cancels or returns the order midway for personal reasons, the buyer is responsible for the associated costs.


DELIVERY FAILURE DUE TO ABSENCE / UNCLEAR ADDRESS

Occasionally, a delivery attempt may fail due to an incomplete/unclear address or the recipient's absence during delivery.

To prevent such issues, our team will contact you via email to notify you of the problem. If we are unable to reach a resolution due to your lack of response, the package will either be discarded or returned to us. In such cases, you will receive a refund with the return fee deducted.

Additional Notes:

Local logistics deliver packages on business days (Monday to Friday). To ensure the safe and timely delivery of your parcel, please provide a shipping address where you can receive the package on a workday. Please keep your phone on, as the shipper may contact you.
Some shipping services require a customer's signature for delivery completion. If the package is delivered to your address and someone signs for it, we will not be responsible for any loss or theft. Therefore, please ensure that you or an authorized person is available at the delivery address.
We do not have the authorization to edit the shipping address of an order unless the customer requests a change through our customer service. The address on the shipping label will be printed exactly as provided by the customer during the order placement.
