  1. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made.
  2. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.

Your satisfaction is our priority.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email first.  Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.  All returned merchandise must be in new condition.

  1. Eligibility for Refund: Items returned within 30 days of receipt of your original order are eligible for a refund if they have a manufacturing defect. Please contact our customer service for assistance, and we will respond promptly.
  2. Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their unused condition—unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached in the original packaging.     We do not sell refurbished or previously owned products.
  3. Return Process: If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, please contact customer service first for confirmation. After confirmation, you may send the items back. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 2 business days. Please note that some financial institutions may take up to 3 business days to process the refund. Allow a few business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement before contacting us. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee. Alternatively, you may keep the product and negotiate directly with our customer service for a refund.
  4. Only items purchased directly from will be accepted for returns.  For products purchased from authorized retailers, please contact them directly for returns.
  5. Exchanges:At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.  If you wish to exchange a product, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order for the desired item.


Did you receive a faulty unit, or the wrong product? Simply not satisfied with your order?
Please contact our Customer Support team to start the return process. Please include the following information:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
  • Complete delivery address
  • Contact telephone number

In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.
