SHIPPING INFO
Delivery times depend on your address, item availability, and order time.

PROCESSING TIME
Processing takes about 1 business day. Delays may occur due to address issues or unforeseen circumstances.    
Please note that the processing time may be longer if there are issues such as incorrect shipping information, undeliverable address, or unexpected circumstances. If such situations arise, we will contact you within 24 hours.

EXPRESS DELIVERY VIA Fedex/USPS
We ship WOWMAX products via USPS, FedEx within the U.S. Orders are dispatched within 4 business days. Delays may occur due to customs or weather.

NOTE: APO/FPO/DPO addresses are not eligible for delivery. While UPS/FedEx may occasionally deliver to PO Box addresses, any loss incurred due to a PO Box address is not our responsibility. Therefore, if possible, please provide a physical address.

Free shipping is available on all orders within the United States.

We are constantly working to bring more shipping options for our customers.

MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES
If your shipment status shows "Delivered," but you have not received your package, please contact FedEx/USPS and request a case ID for the package investigation.

After obtaining the case ID, please share it with our customer service at fzhbpp@gmail.com, and our representative will assist you further.

***To receive full compensation for a lost package, it is crucial to notify our customer service within one month from the claimed fulfillment date, as we retain shipping records for up to a month.


TAXES AND CUSTOMS
Any additional fees (such as import tax, duties, foreign transaction fees, customs) associated with your package are not covered in the payment made at checkout. As the importer of record, you are responsible for complying with the regulations of your residence area and assuming any applicable charges. Please note that we have no control over these fees.

Note:

1. You are responsible for paying any customs duties in your country/region.
2. You bear any costs for delivery delays or address changes.
3. If you cancel or return the order for personal reasons, you will cover the related costs.


DELIVERY FAILURE DUE TO ABSENCE / UNCLEAR ADDRESS

Delivery attempts may fail due to incomplete addresses or recipient absence. We will email you to resolve the issue. If unresolved, the package will be discarded or returned, and a refund will be issued minus return fees.
Additional Notes:

1. Local logistics deliver Monday to Friday. Ensure your address is accessible on workdays and keep your phone on for shipper contact.
2. Some services require a signature for delivery. If signed for, we are not responsible for loss or theft, so ensure availability at the delivery address.
3. We cannot change shipping addresses unless requested through customer service. The label will reflect the address provided.
