Many people have suggested us to make individually sold Wowmax pillow covers, especially before the holidays or when the seasons are changing, and we DID it.
When a cover is purchased, a long needle, a matching number of buttons and some thread will come with it.
Changing the cover is easy. Cut off the old buttons, switch the cover, and put the new buttons on. Please see the video for instruction.

The processing time is the time we need to process your shipment after we receive your order and physically dispatch it. It is usually 1 business day.

EXPRESS DELIVERY VIA UPS/USPS/DHL
All WOWMAX products will be shipped to you via UPS/USPS/DHL and at the moment, we ship to the following countries: Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, and the United States.
Your order will be shipped out from US and it will be shipped within four working days
Please understand that there may be delays in shipping time for unforeseen circumstances (i.e.: customs clearance, weather issues) that occurred during the shipment process. However, for the majority of the time, your packages will arrive within the aforementioned period.
NOTE: APO/FPO/DPO addresses are not eligible for delivery. PO Box addresses are also not allowed, but UPS/USPS/DHL may kindly deliver the package to PO Boxes in some cases. However, any loss caused by the PO Box address is not our responsibility, so please provide a physical address if possible.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
- If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order.
- Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.
- Only items purchased directly from https://www.mxdeals.com will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns.
- Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that we sent it to you, and in their original packaging. Stains, folded cards, broken seals/ plastic bag broken will not be accepted. If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in acceptable condition we reserve the right to not refund or exchange.
- Products that have been personalized cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased, and damaged products through customer mishandling.

MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES
If your shipment status shows "Delivered," but you have not received your package, please contact UPS/USPS/DHL and request a case ID for the package investigation.
After obtaining the case ID, please share it with our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org, and our representative will assist you further.
***To receive full compensation for a lost package, it is crucial to notify our customer service within one month from the claimed fulfillment date, as we retain shipping records for up to a month.
TAXES AND CUSTOMS
Any additional fees (such as import tax, duties, foreign transaction fees, customs) associated with your package are not covered in the payment made at checkout. As the importer of record, you are responsible for complying with the regulations of your residence area and assuming any applicable charges. Please note that we have no control over these fees.
If customs duties are imposed in the recipient's country/region, the customer is responsible for paying the taxes.
The buyer is responsible for any costs incurred due to delivery delays or address modifications.
If the buyer cancels or returns the order midway for personal reasons, the buyer is responsible for the associated costs.
DELIVERY FAILURE DUE TO ABSENCE / UNCLEAR ADDRESS
Occasionally, a delivery attempt may fail due to an incomplete/unclear address or the recipient's absence during delivery.
To prevent such issues, our team will contact you via email to notify you of the problem. If we are unable to reach a resolution due to your lack of response, the package will either be discarded or returned to us. In such cases, you will receive a refund with the return fee deducted.
Local logistics deliver packages on business days (Monday to Friday). To ensure the safe and timely delivery of your parcel, please provide a shipping address where you can receive the package on a workday. Please keep your phone on, as the shipper may contact you.
Some shipping services require a customer's signature for delivery completion. If the package is delivered to your address and someone signs for it, we will not be responsible for any loss or theft. Therefore, please ensure that you or an authorized person is available at the delivery address.
We do not have the authorization to edit the shipping address of an order unless the customer requests a change through our customer service. The address on the shipping label will be printed exactly as provided by the customer during the order placement.
